The local government had to implement lockdown measures. These moves have been devastating for local suppliers of parts and shipping. Many factories had to stop production, and with that, raw material prices rose and delivery was delayed.

At the same time, the express delivery industry has also been seriously affected. For example, about 35 couriers were infected in SF, which brought the suspension of SF-related operations. As a result, the customer cannot receive the express delivery in time.
