Step 1: Initial Consultation

Provide us with the dimensions of the luggage you need. If you have a 3D design, that’s even better! If you’re looking to redesign an existing case or product, you can also send it to us, and we’ll create a design tailored to your needs.

Step 2: Exterior Design Selection

Choose your preferred exterior features, such as logo placement, zipper style, handle type, and other design elements. Our team will help guide you through these options to create the look you envision.

Step 3: Interior Design Customization

Customize the internal layout of the luggage to suit your requirements. If you need a zipper pocket or an internal tray, we offer three types of trays to choose from, and our sales team will walk you through each option to find the best fit.

Step 4: Quotation

Once all design details are finalized, we’ll prepare a detailed quote based on your specifications.

Step 5: Sample Production

We’ll begin sample production, which typically takes 10–15 days. This stage includes raw material preparation, mold creation, cutting tool setup, and logo application, resulting in a fully customized sample.

Step 6: Mass Production

Upon approval of the sample, we proceed with mass production, ensuring that each unit meets the confirmed specifications and quality standards.
